CoWish – Collection Wishlist Privacy Policy

CoWish is not an ordinary wishlist app, Our app allows customers to wishlist any collection which can be related to a beauty brand, fashion brand or any other collection and notifies users via emails whenever any product in those collections comes back in stock or on Sale or for Low stock. This helps store owners provide cool and different ways of adding wishlist features to their store. It’s perfect for keeping track of your favourite collections and purchasing their products.

CoWish “the App” wishlist complete collection & receive alerts for products “the Service” to merchants who use Shopify to power their stores. This Privacy Policy describes how personal information is collected, used, and shared when you install or use the App in connection with your Shopify-supported store.

Personal Information the App Collects

When you install the App, we are automatically able to access certain types of information from your Shopify account: We need access to your products, themes, pages, and orders to enhance the app and show order statistics. Upon installation, the admin will be prompted to approve this permission.

Additionally, we collect the following types of personal information from you and/or your customers once you have installed the App.

Information about you and others who may access the App on behalf of your store, such as your name, address, email address, phone number, and billing information; 

Information about individuals who visit your store, such as their IP address, web browser details, time zone, and information about the cookies installed on the particular device. 

Particular types of information we collect include:

1. Collection/Category added to a wishlist;
2. partial product data, partial product metafields;
3. the date a collection is added to a wishlist;
4. the details of the owner of the wishlist;
5. the Shopify customer ID of the wishlist owner;
6. partial information about your Shopify store (e.g. domain).

We collect personal information directly from the relevant individual, through your Shopify account, or using the following technologies: “Cookies” are data files that are placed on your device or computer and often include an anonymous unique identifier. We use the personal information we collect from you and your customers in order to provide the Service and to operate the App.

Data is deleted when you do not use our services:- All the information that we get access to when you install our app, is deleted as soon as you remove our application from your store.

Data Transfer:- We do not transfer or share any data with anyone.

Retention of data:- As soon as the app is deleted, all the data stored in our database is deleted.

Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

Data Retention When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

Law and Jurisdiction

This Privacy Policy will be governed, constructed, and entered under the laws of the Republic of India, without considering the choice of law or conflict of law provisions. Any disputes related to this Privacy Policy will be brought and heard in the courts located in Punjab, India.
