Yes, we offer a FREE plan for users to use on their website.

No, We have made the app extremely simple to install and use. Most of the options can be configured by just clicking some of them. There are a couple of advanced options where you will have provision to copy the code and paste it into the desired location where you want your wishlist to appear. If you need any help or assistance simply reach out to our support team at support@webframez.com and our support team will configure the app and will take care of all your needs at no extra cost.

Installing the app will take less than 2 minutes. We have many setting options to customize wishlist buttons, icons, etc to match your store. This will take about 5 minutes. In all, you should be up and running in less than 10 minutes.

We will be very happy to do it for you. We understand each theme is different and it can be challenging to perfectly place the wishlist button. Simply reach out to our support team support@webframez.com and our support team will take care of it at no extra cost.

Yes, our app does work with infinite scroll, We understand on collection pages users may use different apps for listing and filtering their products. Our app is compatible with most such apps and in case it is not working for you please reach out to support@webframez.com and we will get it to work with your theme and apps. 

Wishlist Guru supports Wishlist for guests as well, We have given provision for Site admin to choose whether they want to allow Wishlist to be used by Guests or it should be only used by Logged users. Based on a selection of Admin our app will behave accordingly.

It denotes the total number of times any product was added to your Wishlist by your customers during that month.  You can view the Quota Usage by going to Dashboard, If any user or admin removes any item from the wishlist then this quota will get adjusted on runtime. If your plan’s quota is exceeded, then you can upgrade. If not then the app will get disabled from your site and users might not be able to access their Wishlist.

Yes. In the backend, you can customise all wishlist settings to match the wishlist to your store theme. Our app support team can assist with any custom CSS coding if needed.  You can read more about all related settings to this topic from here.

Absolutely. Customers can share their wishlists through Link, Email,  WhatsApp, Facebook, X(Twitter) etc. There are few options in the Free plan but you can still share a wishlist via the link in the FREE plan and in paid plans there are more options to explore

You can check all stats and data related to your App from the App Analytic page

Yes, you can check all customer's wishlist data, You will have to go to the APP Report Page then you will be able to see a list of all Guest or Registered users and will be able to see wishlist items for each customer from there.

If you do not upgrade the plan, and your monthly quota is reached, then the wishlist button will become non-operational and they will return an Error to contact site admin. All Add to Wishlist buttons will start working once your quota renews  again next month Or you can upgrade plans anytime to enjoy more quota.

If you are not reaching your Quota and you don’t want features that are provided in higher plans then you can enjoy your current plan without upgrading it.

Once the monthly wishlist quota  for the store is reached, the, Add to Wishlist buttons or icons will get Non-Operational and will return an Error to contact site admin, Your customers will not be able to add any new item to the wishlist. They will still be able to access their existing wishlist items and if any user removes any item from their wishlist or as an Admin you remove any customer Wishlist then that quota will get readjusted on the runtime.  Once the plan is upgraded or a new calendar month begins, You will get a renewed Quota and everything will start to work normally.

Yes, everything is calculated on the run time, When a customer adds an item to the wishlist then the wishlist count is increased. If the customer deletes the item from the wishlist the count is reduced.

Yes, we do have support for Multi-language, You can change your admin settings and all other Text to your native language. At the moment our app supports these languages: English, French, Dutch, German and we are adding more languages to the list frequently. If your desired language is not on the list please reach us out at support@webframez.com and we will add your language within a couple of days of the request sent to us.

Yes, we do have a feature to showcase wishlists in Drawer mode like most Shopify themes have a Drawer cart. This option is provided in the Basic Plan.

We have provided 2 options for the admin to choose for this scenario, The Admin can configure this from the Admin panel whether an Item should be removed from the Customer's wishlist after getting added to CART or that item should remain in customer's cart. Our app will behave according to the Admin selection.

No, you will still be able to access your wishlist data.

Yes, you will be able to filter and see data from the past which might help you to make your marketing strategies.

We do provide cool features on the Dashboard and Analytics page and several widgets from where you can check what are most popular products on your website, Which product is getting added to Wishlist how many times and many other stuff. All these widgets are designed in a way that will help you make better marketing decisions.

We are showing a summary of Revenue/Sales generation by our app on the Dashboard page  and further we have provided a provision in our reports page from where you will be able to see how many items were added by users to their CART

We send different email reminders to Admin and users. Admin will receive notifications related to a summary of wishlist items and revenue generation on a weekly or monthly basis. Users will also receive reminders about their Wishlisting items on a weekly or monthly basis. Further, we also send notifications to Admin when their App quota is close to reaching its limit.

We will provide you complete assistance starting from configuring and setting up the app on your store, Any other queries you have related to usage or if you need a demo or guidance on how to use these options Or even if you need any custom development or implementation on your store.

All our support is free of charge Unless there is a very rare or exceptional case that requires something to be developed for a particular store and it is time-consuming.
