The Email Reports page in Wishlist Guru shows a log of every email reminder sent to your customers—including Back in Stock, Price Drop, and Low in Stock alerts—along with how customers responded. Use it to see which reminders are being delivered, which subject lines get clicks, and where your email strategy can improve.
Where to Find Email Reports #
- Open the Wishlist Guru app from your Shopify admin.
- Go to the Left sidebar and select Email Report

The Email Reports feature in Wishlist Guru provides a detailed overview of the email reminders sent to your customers, helping you monitor and analyse key metrics to optimise your email campaigns.
What the Report Shows #
Each row in the report represents one email sent to a customer. The columns are:
| Column | What It Tells You |
|---|---|
| Email Address | The customer who received the reminder. |
| Email Type | The kind of reminder sent is Back in Stock, Price Drop, or Low in Stock. |
| Email Subject | The exact subject line the customer saw. |
| Date Sent | When the email went out. |
| Number of Clicks | How many times the customer clicked a link in the email. |
How to Use This Data #
- Compare email types. If price drop emails consistently earn more clicks than low in stock emails, prioritise price-based reminders in your campaigns.
- Test subject lines. Low clicks on a particular subject line? Try a shorter or more specific one and compare results over the following weeks.
- Spot engaged customers. Recipients with multiple clicks are showing strong purchase intent — consider targeting them with a follow-up offer or discount.
- Check your timing. Use the Date Sent column to see whether emails sent on certain days perform better.
