To access this feature please follow the these steps mentioned below :
Step 1 : Go to general settings
Step 2 : Go to Share Wishlist settings> Click on edit settings
Step 3 : You will see there Share Wishlist to Admin settings, if you want to access this feature click on YES.
This settings allows the customers of the admin to send there wishlists to the admin of the app/Wishlist app. From this the admin will be able to access its customers wishlists.
